Your labour agreement with Temper is tied to the specific shift you work. So you will only be employed during the shifts. It begins at the scheduled start time of the shift and ends when the shift concludes. Then your employment starts again with the next shift.
This arrangement is based on the framework agreement you signed when applying for your first shift. It serves as the foundation for all following shifts and contracts.
Start time
Your contract officially starts at the shift’s scheduled start time.
If your application is accepted more than 48 hours before the shift starts, the contract is created when the cancellation period ends (48 hours before the shift).
If your application is accepted within 48 hours of the shift, your contract is created immediately.
End time
Your contract concludes when your shift ends. After the shift, your employment with Temper ends but resumes with your next accepted shift.
Cancellations
If a company cancels your shift less than 48 hours before it starts, you are entitled to full compensation for that shift. Read more about cancellations here.
