What is a framework agreement?
A framework agreement is a document that sets the basic terms and conditions for all future employment contracts through Temper Staff. Think of it as a template, a setup that defines how we’ll work together in the future. Once signed, this agreement will be used to create specific labour contracts for each shift you work.
When do I sign the framework agreement?
You’ll sign the framework agreement when you first apply for a shift. You can sign the agreement online using digital signing tool Stiply. This is the first step to get things officially set up so we can easily create the labour agreement for any shifts you take on later.
What happens with the framework agreement?
Once signed, the framework agreement is stored and used to create a new labour agreement every time you book a shift with us. It includes your basic details and the agreed terms, which are automatically used to generate a labour contract for each shift. However, the framework agreement itself doesn’t do anything after that—it’s just a foundational document that enables all future agreements. There's no ongoing commitment required from either side after the initial agreement is signed.
