To comply with the Dutch Working Hours Act (Arbeidstijdenwet), Temper may withdraw your applications if accepting them would cause you to exceed legal limits. This could happen when you’re working more than 55 hours in a week or scheduling too many consecutive night shifts. This is to protect your health and safety. You’ve reached the maximum number of strikes or there are disciplinary reasons.
If you’ve accumulated multiple strikes or there is a disciplinary concern, Temper may withdraw your pending applications.
You’ve reported being sick.
If you’ve called in sick and indicated how long you’ll be unavailable, Temper may withdraw any applications for shifts scheduled during that period. You are primarily responsible for withdrawing your own applications as soon as you know you’re unable to work due to illness.
