Using AI on Templi's templates
Your templates may contain instructions like this:

When it’s time to write the report, you always follow these instructions step by step until the report is complete.
In summary, the traditional process looks like this:
Duplicate the Word template and start working on a new copy.
Follow the instructions in the yellow highlights one by one until they are all completed.
Templi follows the exact same workflow, but instead of manually interpreting the instructions, you "explain" to Templi what needs to be done.
To achieve this, we use AI tools that replicate the human process of using a template to write reports.

2. Report Writing
Let’s say you have created and published two templates in Templi:

In your Templates tab, they will appear like this:

Let’s go over how to use these templates to generate reports.
Writing a Report for a Client
In real life, whenever you write a report, you do it for a specific client.
In Templi, the process is exactly the same—but before generating a report, the client must exist in Templi.
Creating a New Client
To create a new client:
Go to the Clients tab.
Click "Create New +" in the top-right corner.
Generating a Report for a Client
Once your clients are set up, you can start writing reports for them.
Simply follow these steps:
Go to the Clients tab.
Select the client you want to generate a report for.
Click "Generate Report" in the top-right corner.
Choose a template from the ones you’ve published.

Now, to write the report, follow these steps:
Attach the relevant client files for this report. (You can upload them beforehand or during this step.)
Review the context, including:
Client's objectives
Client's background
Recommendations
Check the facts and click "Generate".
