Overview
Sometimes, you may need to cancel an auto-pay for a month or more due to several reasons. For example, you could have credits or discounts and don’t need to pay the full amount that month. Canceling an Auto-Pay is a simple process, and we’ll walk you through it below.
The Steps
To cancel your auto-pay on the tenant portal, click the Payments tab from the main menu.
You should see an Active Auto-Pay section if you have an auto-pay set up. Click View More to see all your active auto-pays.
On the Active Auto-Pay Details page, click the 3-dots next to the auto-pay you want to edit and then click Cancel Auto-Pay.
Next, you will get a Cancel Confirmation popup.
Click Confirm to finish canceling your auto-pay.
That’s it. Your recurring auto-payment is now deleted. If you want to enable it, you’ll have to go through the process of creating a new Auto-Pay schedule again. Read the article: How to Set Up Auto-pay on the Tenant Portal.
