The Dashboard acts as a link to the Tended device to make sure they have the right information about site safe zones. On the Dashboard, you can:

  • Create upcoming projects

  • Draw and edit safe zones (geofences) for your sites within a project

  • Assign devices to your projects

  • Add asset icons to help plan out your site plan

  • View the live location of any assets onsite

  • View and check on any upcoming work

About the Dashboard

Steps to get started on the Dashboard

Project

Projects allow you to organise an entire safe work pack worth of sites and their safe zones. For example, you may be working on a project to fix a section of track outside Lincoln station for two weeks, with multiple moves down the track. Find out how to create one here.

Site

Sites allow you to set each individual place of work within a timeframe, and draw safe zones (geofences). For example, you may be working from section A-B for 5 hours - this would be one site. You may then move to section B-C the next day for another 5 hours, this would be another site.

Safe zone (geofence)

A safe zone (geofence) is the area drawn on the map to indicate where it is safe for your employees to stand and carry out necessary work. The safe zone information is synced to their Wearable device. Find out how to create safe zones here.
