Find out how to add a user to your organisation's Dashboard

Add users to your organisation's Dashboard so your employees can view and/or edit geofencing projects.

Please note: only a Superadmin or Admin can add a user. Find more out about user roles here πŸ‘ˆ

How to add a user

  1. Log in to the Tended Dashboard

  2. Click the "Users" tab at the top of the screen

  3. Click "Add user"

  4. Click "Add single account user"

  5. Click in the boxes and type the user's first name and last name. Click "Next"

  6. Click in the box and type the user's email address. Then click "Invite"

  7. An email has now been sent to the new user instructing them to set up their account

Please note: once you've added a new user you can change their user role and permissions. Find out how here πŸ‘ˆ
