You have lots of control over permissions in the Dashboard and can tailor them to your organisation's needs.

Custom user roles
Superadmins can create custom user roles within the Dashboard and give them specific permissions.
For example: you might want to create a "CoSS" custom user type and permit this role to view safe zones but not be able to edit them.

Default user roles
We have five default user types on the Tended Dashboard with different levels of permission:
Superadmin
Admin
Planner
Site manager
User
Superadmin
The employee who created the organisation will be a Superadmin. They will have full unrestricted access.
Admins
These are employees assigned by the Superadmin to help manage the administration of your organisation and users. They can view, but not edit, projects and sites.
Planner
These employees will create projects and draw geofences for sites. They will have access to create and edit sites and plan asset locations.
Site manager
This user type could be used for ES or CoSS employees. They will be able to view projects and start and end sites. This user can manage any project devices and view assets from the dashboard.
Users
These are employees or contractors added to the Dashboard. They will be able to view projects and sites.
