Please note: we only recommend using equipment supplied by Tended to charge your devices.

Why isn't my device charging?

First, carry out these checks:

βœ… Check that the charging case is plugged into the wall socket

βœ… Check power is turned on at the wall

βœ… Check the USB port has a blue LED, showing it is connected to power


How do I download a new update?

Updates may download automatically when a device is placed on charge.

  1. Place your device on charge as normal. If an update is available the connectivity LED will fade in and out yellow.

  2. Leave it on charge until the LED is solid yellow.

  3. The update will finish installing when you next turn it on. It may take around 30 seconds to switch on afterwards.


How do I use a power bank with my device?

You can now power your device whilst in use.* To use this feature:

  1. Hold down the middle button on your device.

  2. At the same time, insert the charging cable.

  3. You should now be able to use your device whilst being charged via an external power bank.
