How to collaborate with your team throughout Tetra

Collaboration is a key part of any project, and Tetra Insights provides built-in features across various tools and sections of the platform to foster teamwork and streamline communication. Here’s a guide to collaborating effectively within Tetra:

1. Project Status Collaboration

At the Project Status area, you can easily collaborate with your team by leaving comments. Use the @mention feature to tag specific team members, and they will receive notifications that link directly to the Project Status page, ensuring prompt attention and action.

2. Commenting in Project Materials

Every material uploaded to a Tetra project supports commenting, allowing seamless collaboration across your entire team. Whether it’s a document, recording, or any other material, team members can share feedback and exchange ideas directly within the platform.

3. Real-time Collaboration in Documents

When you open a project material, you can see which team members are actively viewing or working within the same document. This real-time presence encourages immediate collaboration and quick exchanges of ideas.

4. Tag Collaboration

Even your Tags can serve as collaboration hubs. Inside any individual tag, you can add comments and mention teammates, drawing them into focused conversations around specific insights or segments of data.

5. Interview Collaboration

Within individual Interviews, collaboration is also made easy. Navigate to the commenting section at the bottom of the interview, mention your teammates, and engage in threaded discussions right from the interview interface.

6. Snippet Collaboration

Snippets provide another avenue for collaboration. Whether you’re viewing a snippet from an interview, the snippet browser, or an insight, the Comments Tab lets you @mention team members and engage in focused conversations. Wherever a team member is mentioned, they’ll receive a direct link to that exact spot in the application for quick access.

7. Collaborating on Insights

Insights are integral to driving actionable outcomes, and collaboration on insights is simple. In the Comments area, you can leave feedback, tag team members, and initiate conversations directly in line with the data or findings.
