Your Portal Username

Your username is the email address you used to sign up for your account.


Important Account Information

  • The username cannot be changed after registration.

  • The login email address must be an active and regularly used email. Any communication from 811 regarding potential discrepancies on a ticket will be sent to this email.

  • You must create a new account if you need to update your sign-up email or it is no longer active.

How to Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the login screen and select “Reset Password.”

  2. Enter your login email address and submit the request.

  3. You will see a pop-up message confirming that an email has been sent.

  4. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@texas811.org titled "GeoCall Reset Password Request."

  5. Click the link in the email to reset your password. You have 120 minutes to complete the request.
