The Ticket Search dashboard offers powerful tools for sorting, customizing, and exporting ticket data. Here's how to make the most of your search results:
Dashboard Overview
The results dashboard displays up to 14 tickets per page.
Use pagination at the bottom right to navigate through additional pages.
Filtering Results
Quickly find what you need by entering keywords into the search fields at the top of each column.
You can also use the main Search bar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to filter results across all columns.
Customizing Columns
Tailor your view using the Column Chooser.
Drag columns in or out of the dashboard to show only the information that’s most relevant to you.
Exporting Data
To save or share your results, use the Export dropdown in the top-right corner.
You can export the data in Excel or CSV format, perfect for reporting or record-keeping.
Viewing Additional Information
On smaller screens, ticket details may be condensed.
Click the ellipses icon (...) on the far right of a ticket row to view additional information not immediately visible.
