The Ticket Search dashboard offers powerful tools for sorting, customizing, and exporting ticket data. Here's how to make the most of your search results:


Dashboard Overview

  • The results dashboard displays up to 14 tickets per page.

  • Use pagination at the bottom right to navigate through additional pages.


Filtering Results

  • Quickly find what you need by entering keywords into the search fields at the top of each column.

  • You can also use the main Search bar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to filter results across all columns.


Customizing Columns

  • Tailor your view using the Column Chooser.

  • Drag columns in or out of the dashboard to show only the information that’s most relevant to you.


Exporting Data

  • To save or share your results, use the Export dropdown in the top-right corner.

  • You can export the data in Excel or CSV format, perfect for reporting or record-keeping.


Viewing Additional Information

  • On smaller screens, ticket details may be condensed.

  • Click the ellipses icon (...) on the far right of a ticket row to view additional information not immediately visible.
