Ticket Actions from the Dashboard

The Ticket Actions menu lets you quickly interact with any ticket once it’s selected. Simply click a ticket to highlight it (it will turn dark gray), then choose an action from the top-left menu. Below is a breakdown of available actions:


View Option

Opens the full ticket view, including:

  • The ticket's complete information

  • The mapped work area

  • Excavation details

Click "Show Ticket List" to return to the main dashboard.


View Options

Access communication and activity history or share it with others:

  • History – View a log of activity for that ticket.

  • Send to Email – Send the ticket directly to another email address.

  • Send to Me – Quickly email the ticket to yourself.

  • Attachments – View any documents or files attached to the ticket.

  • View Responses – See Positive Response updates from utility members (only available if they’re enrolled).


Create Options

Generate a new ticket using information from an existing one:

  • Copy – Creates an exact duplicate of the selected ticket, including the work area map.

  • Copy As > DigUp – Used to submit a DigUp ticket when reporting damaged or exposed lines.


Print Options

Choose your preferred print option:

  • Print – Standard print view (without utility member responses).

  • Print with Positive Response – Includes utility member responses alongside the full ticket details.
