Where to Check Responses
Positive Responses are easily accessible within the Texas811 Portal. You can check them by:
Logging into the Portal
Navigating to either the:
My Tickets or Ticket Search dashboard
Quick Ticket Search
Steps to View Responses
From the My Tickets or Ticket Search dashboard:
Find the ticket you submitted.
Click to highlight the ticket (it will turn dark gray).
Click the View dropdown from the top-left menu.
Select View Responses to open the Positive Response panel.
From the Quick Ticket Search:
Open the ticket you submitted.
Click the View dropdown from the top-left menu.
Select View Responses to open the Positive Response panel.
Each utility member’s response will be displayed in this panel.
💡Pro Tip:
If you don’t see a response for one or more utilities, check back after a short time or consider submitting a Verification No-Response ticket.
