Managing Unpublished Itinerary Notifications for Your Program

Manage reminders to publish interview day itineraries within Thalamus.

1. About the Unpublished Itinerary email

Thalamus sends Program Administrators, Program Coordinators, and Program Directors a reminder to publish interview day itineraries. Publishing itineraries is required for applicants and faculty interviewers to view their schedules.

Note: The Unpublished Itinerary email is sent to programs with at least one session created in the Itinerary Builder, and if notifications are enabled for the program and in the recipient's profile. It is sent 48–72 hours before the interview event date and will repeat every 24 hours until the itinerary is published.

2. Enable notifications for your program

Program Administrators, Program Coordinators, and Programs Directors can enable or disable notifications for the entire program.

  1. Select the gear button, then select Program Settings from the top right

  2. On the left-hand side of the page, select Other Settings from the drop-down menu

  3. Review the Notifications toggle. If notifications are enabled, the toggle will be blue and set to enabled. If notifications are disabled, the toggle will be grey and set to disabled

  4. Select Edit on the right side of the page

  5. Select the toggle to enable or disable the notification email

  6. Select Save on the right side of the page
