My order was damaged during shipping. What should I do?

If your package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, please notify the shipment provider immediately.

If the products arrive in a damaged state, contact our Customer Care Team for assistance no later than 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

1. A picture of the damaged product.

2. Photos of the product packaging, shipping packaging, and packing materials.

3. Your order number.

We will guide you through the claims process and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
