If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving them, with the following exceptions:

• All home textile items, including mattresses.

• Cosmetics, due to hygiene reasons.

• Sale or clearance items.

• Items purchased as part of a trade program or press collaboration.

If your order is delivered in parts, the return window for each item begins on the day you receive that part of the order.
