Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we require up to 20 business days to inspect the items and approve the return. After approval, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow an additional 20 bank days for the payment to be processed and reflected in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
