Eligibility
Offer is exclusive for patients who have never used ACH (Aeropay) to pay for an order. Any patients who have completed an order using ACH are not able to participate.
Note: Certain discount groups are ineligible to accrue loyalty points. While they may receive communication regarding this promotion, they remain ineligible to earn any points.
How it Works
Link | Connect your bank account to your Flowery account through Aeropay.
For online orders (pick-ups or deliveries) this can either be completed via the payments section of the online account dashboard, or during the online checkout process.
If you submit your order for another payment method and wish to change to use ACH instead, Customer Support can send you a SMS with a link for setup and then swap the payment method on the order.
For in-store orders, there will be a digital display of a QR code to scan and complete setup.
Pay | Choose to pay with ACH and newly connect bank account.
For online orders (pick-ups or deliveries), choose Pay with Bank in the payment section and confirm your linked bank details are visible in the drop-down box.
For in-store orders, simply inform the budtender you would like to pay with ACH.
Get Rewarded | Complete the order that is being paid with ACH.
The order must first reach a completed order status to be eligible for either reward.
Challenge points (300 points, $15 value) will be awarded automatically and will be visible in your Loyalty Dashboard of your online account. If opted in for emails, you will also receive an email confirmation of completing the challenge.
The $5 cashback from Aeropay is returned to your linked ACH bank account and may take up to 10 days to appear while your transaction clears.
Note: Any transactions placed later in the afternoon or evening on Fridays, or over the weekend, may not be processed until the following Monday.

Patients can connect more than one bank account if desired.
While Aeropay works with thousands of banks, credit unions, and digital banking institutions, there is a chance some may be unavailable.
Aeropay uses the same security principles that banks use to protect you.
All connections are protected with bank‑level encryption, and your login credentials are never stored or exposed—authentication happens directly with your bank.
Multi‑factor authentication and device checks help keep your account secure, and transactions are tokenized so sensitive details are never shared.
On top of technology safeguards, Aeropay follows U.S. payments rules (including NACHA for ACH and BSA/AML) and undergoes independent SOC 2 Type II audits.
