Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders placed within 24-hours will not go out the next day to allow customers time to cancel or alter any information on the order.
Since we ship out packages, we rely upon our shipping providers to deliver your package once it has left our facility. They often face an influx of packages during busy seasons or if there are national weather advisories, so please understand that delays may occur.
Shipping times also vary depending on the service selected at checkout and are separate from processing times. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Flat Rate/Free Shipping: Estimated 2-10 business days – Ships USPS or UPS depending on packages weight
