Introduction

This article will help you monitor and manage your TSO platform video storage through the use of Video Usage Dashboard and Mass Delete.

We have other existing articles around the video feature, if you wish to access these please use the links below:

Configuration

The user requires Video Admin user role access in order to use the relevant pages; this can be provided by the designated club administrator.

Video Usage Dashboard

You can find the Video Usage Dashboard page by opening the relevant Videos page and selecting the related link at the top of the page. You will then be able to see the information in the screenshot below:

As you can see, the Video Usage Dashboard gives you a breakdown of the current video storage and allows you to view videos uploaded by users; this can all be exported to PDF.

Mass Delete

If you need to delete unwanted or old footage, you can do this quickly by using the Mass Delete feature.

From the Videos page, open Mass Delete from the related links or you can open this from the Video Usage Dashboard (link found above the storage bar).
โ€‹
On the Mass Delete page below, you can see that you are able to use the filtering options to find the videos you wish to delete, use the toggle options/select all videos on page to mark the videos that will be deleted, and finally press Delete Selected to delete the videos.

PLEASE NOTE: Once videos are deleted, it is permanent so please double check before you confirm.
