Learn about the Hub in Thrive 2.0

Written by Kelsey Chan

The Thrive homepage has three widgets to orient you after logging in.

Projects

The projects widget shows the projects you're working on. In the beginning, you won't see much, as projects must first be assigned to you to appear. As your team populates more projects, they are categorized as open, on hold, not started, closed, and canceled. For each project, you can see the quick information on the card view, such as the project name, company location, the person leading the project, and the number of candidates.

Tasks

The tasks widget shows a list of tasks assigned to you, with relevant details like project name, related candidates, and due dates. Toggle to the Completed tab at the top to see a list of recently completed tasks.

Events

The events widget is a calendar view of your events for the day. Click into each event to see more details.

Navigation Bar

The Navigation Bar is the new way to move between sections within Thrive. It's located on the left-hand side of your screen and conveniently hides itself unless you hover over it, saving space on your screen and achieving a cleaner feel.

Navigate from the Hub to Projects, People, Companies, Analytics, Lists, Market Maps, and Exports.

Open the menu simply by hovering your cursor over any icon on the left-hand side of your screen.

Search Bar

Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top-right of your screen to launch the search bar. Here you can search for keywords, project names, specific people or companies, and more.

The search bar opens and expands when you type to show you recent searches and recently viewed items at the top. This lets you easily pick up where you left off.

Notifications

  • In-App: The bell icon shows tasks and project assignments.

    • The notifications icon looks like a bell and is located at the top right of your screen. As tasks and projects are assigned to you, a red badge with a number will appear to show you how many new notifications you have received since your last log-in.

    • When you click on the notifications icon, you have the option to show unread notifications only or mark all as read.

  • Email Notifications: You will receive email notifications whenever a Hiring Manager takes action, such as submitting a scorecard, creating a note, or voting (thumbs up/down) on a candidate.

  • Note Reply Notifications: The original owner of a note will receive both in-app and email notifications whenever a colleague or client replies to their note. This ensures you can review and respond to feedback in a timely manner.

Notification Preferences

At this time, Notification Preferences are not available in Thrive 2.0.

Certain system notifications, such as emails sent when a hiring manager submits a scorecard, creates a note, or votes on a candidate, are generated automatically.

Actions

The plus icon at the top-right of your screen opens up a drop down menu of actions you can take. You can quickly add notes, outreach, events, or tasks. You can also create new projects, people, or companies within your talent database.
