New Features
1. Hiring Manager Notes Shortcut Icon
A new hiring manager notes icon on the list card view displays how many client notes exist for each candidate within a project. Click the icon to see a filtered down view of just the client notes for that candidate. NOTE: Client users will not see this icon.
Feature Enhancements
1. Candidate Search in Projects
Searching for candidates in a project has been improved to return accurate results based on keyword searching for a candidate’s name, primary company, or primary title.
2. Search Tags
Search on the person index by sector tags, revenue scale tags, and headcount scale tags. This will better enable you to leverage data you’ve worked to get into Thrive.
Some example queries that may be of interest include: “CEOs who have scaled a company to $500M”, “Executives who have scaled teams to 1000”
3. Reject Candidates from Move Stage Dropdown
The “Move Stage” dropdown now includes a “Rejected” option. Notably, you can now reject candidates from the Projects & Lists table.
4. Off Limits
Off-limits now covers the gap between the search close date and when a candidate starts (or between offer acceptance and candidate start) to maintain contractual compliance without requiring extra configuration.
High Impact Bug Fixes
View all target companies within the project strategy tab - previously capped at 25
Multiple draft copies of notes are no longer saved after publishing
People, Project, and Company drop downs now load all data and scroll smoothly without jumping to the top
In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
