New Features
Outreach Across Multiple Projects
You can now link multiple projects to a single outreach, simplifying bulk outreach from the Quick Create Menu or a Person's Profile Side Panel. Note: This does not automatically add them to such projects, the outreach will be logged in the chosen candidate and projects “Outreach” tab.
Delete or Rescind an Offer
You can now delete or rescind all offers, whether they are pending or accepted. If there is corresponding compensation or employment records, those will be automatically updated too.
Feature Enhancements
Project & Candidate Report Improvements
We're excited to roll out the first phase of our Client Reporting Improvements, focused on making your reports more professional, clear, and client-ready—right out of the box. This update tackles long-standing pain points around formatting, branding, and usability, so you can confidently share polished reports without extra editing.
Professional branding: Reports now include the client logo in every page and a standardized footer with confidentiality/copyright language for a polished, compliant finish.
Consistent, clean formatting: Typography and layout are now unified across all sections, helping readers maintain context around which candidate notes and scorecards are associated with.
Clearer experience grouping: Candidate experience is now grouped by company, with multiple roles listed under a single company header, eliminating duplicate company names and improving readability.
Improved Rejected Candidates visibility: The rejected candidates table now includes rejection reasons, recruiter comments, and exit stages. No individual candidate pages will be exported, only a table with all rejections.
Blank pages are eliminated when certain sections are excluded, ensuring every page adds value.
The report configuration UI has been redesigned for clarity, with logical sections, helpful text, and smart defaults—making it faster and easier to generate accurate reports.
Streamlined Side-Panel Tabs
We've made it easier and faster to access all side-panel tabs on person, project, and company profiles. No more hunting through dropdowns or hidden menus. Tabs now use a horizontal, scrollable layout, support up to seven visible tabs, and follow a clear, defined order for each panel type. We’ve removed the “Other” tab, and ensured keyboard navigation and accessibility remain top-notch.
Improved Display of Location
We’ve improved how locations are shown across the platform! Now, city, state/province, and country are displayed in a clear, consistent format—using abbreviations where it makes sense. For the US, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico, and Brazil, you’ll see [city], [state/province], [country]; everywhere else, it’s [city], [country].
You can still filter by any state or province, but the display is now much cleaner and easier to read.
High Impact Bug Fixes
Dynamic Currency Symbol Update
Fixed an issue where changing the currency on compensation forms did not update the currency symbol accordingly—now, selecting a new currency (like GBP or EUR) instantly updates the symbol across all relevant fields for a more accurate and intuitive experience.
Outreach Response Method & Layout Fixes
Resolved an issue where adding a response to an outreach would default to LinkedIn. Now, the parent method will be the default instead. We also improved the form layout by ensuring method selections are fully visible and the "Response From" field is more compact for a cleaner, more balanced look.
In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
