New Features
LinkedIn Side Panel: Smarter Actions & Seamless Profile Management
We’ve supercharged the LinkedIn Chrome Extension side panel to make working with candidate profiles in Thrive faster, smarter, and more intuitive. Now, users can easily take action directly from the side panel:
When a profile is recognized as already in Thrive, users see rich details (like off-limits status, open projects, and last updated date) and can take direct actions such as adding to projects or logging outreach directly from the side panel.
Pre-Call Agenda — DOCX Export
Recruiters can now generate and download a pre-call agenda as a DOCX file directly from the agenda view. This makes it easier to share candidate pipeline information with clients ahead of meetings.
Simply click the new Download button to trigger the export and receive a confirmation when your agenda is ready—no more manual prep or switching between tools.
Feature Enhancements
Add to Project Stage Selection — User Choice Remembered
We’ve made it faster to add candidates to projects by remembering your last selected stage during your session.
Now, when adding a candidate, the stage field will automatically pre-fill with your most recent choice—reducing clicks and streamlining workflows, especially for users who frequently use the same stage.
Unified Location Filter
To make searching easier and more consistent, we've standardized the Location filter across Thrive.
Now, you can filter by city, state/province, country, and region in all major areas—like Person Index, Project Index, Company Index, and more
High Impact Bug Fixes
Email Links Open in New Tab
Fixed an issue where clicking an email address on a candidate profile would open Gmail in the same window, causing users to lose their place in Thrive.
Email links now open in a new tab as expected, making it easier to stay on track while reaching out to candidates.
In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
