New Features

✴️ Regional Filtering for People Index

We’ve made it easier to find the right people by adding powerful regional filtering to the People Index. Now, users can filter by timezones, US regions and metro areas, as well as international regions and metro areas—all from the existing Location filter.

This enhancement streamlines your search, letting you quickly zero in on candidates or contacts based on where they live or work, whether that’s New York, London, or anywhere in between.

Feature Enhancements

✴️ Collapse & Expand Project Stages

Give your projects a cleaner, more focused look with new collapse and expand controls for project stages! Now you can easily hide or reveal individual or all stages in both Kanban and long card views, making it simple to manage even the busiest projects. Your preferences are saved per project, and empty stages start collapsed by default so you can zero in on what matters most, reduce clutter, and enjoy a smoother workflow.

✴️ Advanced People Index Filters

We’ve made it easier to find the right people by adding new filters to the people index. You can now filter by:

  • Years at primary company

  • Years in primary position

  • Job preferences

    • Availability

    • Level

    • Stage

    • Function

    • Sector

  • Document type

This update gives you more control and flexibility to quickly zero in on the talent you are looking for.

Quick Hide/Unhide Option on Candidate Cards

Users can now instantly hide or unhide candidates from Hiring Managers right from the candidate card, no more digging through menus or dialog boxes! With a new hyperlinked eye icon, you can control candidate visibility in a single click and always see at a glance who’s visible to external stakeholders. This update streamlines your workflow and makes managing candidate privacy faster and more intuitive.

Outreach to Multiple Projects via Candidate Profile

Users can now add additional projects to an outreach by using the previously restricted "Project" field in the outreach form of a candidate.

Combined Project & Company Chip

To reduce visual clutter and make project context clearer, we've updated the way chips display in notes, outreaches, and scorecards: now, when a record is linked to a project, you'll see a single chip showing both the project and company name together (e.g., “Project Name, Company Name”).

Admin View: Brand Updates for Reporting

For users with admin access, you can fully brand client-facing reports such as customizing logos, colors, fonts, and footers directly from a new Report Branding page, complete with a live preview. All branding settings are stored and automatically applied to every report, so your firm’s identity shines through every page. These improvements pave the way for more professional, personalized, and reliable client reports making your client communications smoother and more impactful.

High Impact Bug Fixes

  1. Added Off Limits when viewing a list of companies - When looking at companies using the list view, the off limits flag will now prominently display where applicable

  2. Improved Analytics Navigation - As users click into bar graphs and explore people profiles, when they navigate back from the profile, they are reliably brought back to the same table view and page they were on.

In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
