New Features

Configurable Columns

Customize which columns appear on the People, Company, and Project index pages to surface the information that matters most to you.

Using the column configuration modal, you can show, hide, and reorder columns — including supported custom fields — with drag-and-drop. Columns can also be reordered directly from their headers on the index page itself.

Sortable columns cycle through ascending, descending, and default sort order on click, with consistent handling of null values and tie-breaking. Your column selections persist across sessions, so your preferred layout is always ready when you return.

CSV exports from the list view reflect your configured columns and their order — what you see is what you get. New columns such as Last Interaction, Active Candidacies, and Latest Outreach are also now available on the People index, giving you richer at-a-glance data without needing to open individual profiles.

Reusable Scorecard Criteria

Stop rebuilding the same scorecard from scratch on every search. You can now maintain a firm-wide library of scorecard criteria — each with a name, an optional description, and optional star-rating definitions — and pull from it when setting up any scorecard. Pick a criterion from the autocomplete and its name, description, and rating definitions are filled in automatically, ready to use or tweak for that specific search.

  • For criteria library managers (anyone with the "Manage scorecard templates & criteria" permission): a new Admin → Customization → Scorecard Criteria page to create, edit, pin, and delete criteria, with a usage count showing how often each one is used.

  • For project team members: when adding criteria to a scorecard, start typing and select from your firm's library — name locks, description and ratings pre-fill, and you can still edit them for the search at hand. Need something one-off? Type it in as a custom criterion, exactly like today.

  • Pin your most-used criteria so they surface at the top of the list for everyone.

Thrive AI Labs

You can now see what Thrive’s AI Labs team is building in real time. Thrive AI Labs is where we ships early experiments at the intersection of AI and executive search — built fast, released fast, and now visible to you before they make it into the platform. Some will become full features, some won't. All of them are how we move at the speed of AI.

A "Thrive AI Labs" icon now appears in the left nav for Thrive users (not visible in the Client Hub). Clicking it opens a new tab where you can browse the experiments in the queue.

Feature Enhancements

Candidate Owner Auto-Assignment

To improve workflow efficiency, we have restored the auto-assignment of candidate owners so that when you add a person to a project, you are automatically designated as the owner.

Title Search for Work Overlap tab

While looking for backchannel references, recruiters will be able to narrow down possible references by searching based on title. This will help narrow down reference options to be more relevant.

Enhanced Location Search Functionality

Search logic has been refined within all location-based fields and filters. This update addresses previous limitations where the system required full state or province names to return accurate results. You will now be able to search for locations using state/province abbreviations (e.g., Atlanta, GA).

Improved Report Naming

To improve file organization and clarity, we have updated the default filenames for exported reports to include relevant project and candidate details, ensuring that candidate reports, project reports, and pre-call agendas are now automatically named with consistent, descriptive formats including the project name and date.

In addition to the fixes above, we’ve addressed a range of smaller bugs and UI issues to keep Thrive running smoothly.
