You are now able to get direct recordings from meeting providers like Google Meet or Zoom and upload these files automatically to tl;dv.

tl;dv will then transcribe & summarize those recordings and make them available in your tl;dv library.

Auto-upload via Zapier

  • Our integration with Zapier now offers a powerful solution—the "Upload Recording" action. With this integration, every time you record or save a video or audio file on selected apps (like Zoom, Google Drive, OpenPhone, RingCentral, and more) it will automatically be sent to tl;dv.

  • Our algorithms will then transcribe and summarize the content, and it will be available on your tl;dv library as any other meeting.

  • This also eliminates the need for our bot to join the meeting as a participant, ensuring a smoother recording experience for your team.

Setting Up Your tl;dv "Upload Recording" Action

To get started, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access Your Integration Page at tl;dv: Log in to your tl;dv account and head to the integration's page.

  2. Choose Your Workflow: Select from our range of existing templates for automated workflows, designed to suit various needs and preferences.

  3. Alternatively, create a Custom Workflow: You can also opt to craft your custom workflow and align it with your unique requirements. To do so, click on "Create workflow from scratch" and follow the Zapier setup process.

💡 For more detailed instructions and insights on setting up custom workflows, refer to our comprehensive Zapier integration guide.
