Looking to cancel or change an order you placed with a restaurant, like a scheduled or future order? Contact the restaurant directly — only the restaurant can cancel it. Toast Shop orders are for Toast equipment and supplies.

At this time, Toast Shop orders can't be cancelled, even if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once your order ships, you can request a return by starting a live chat with our Customer Support team. Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. After your return request is processed, a return shipping label is usually emailed to you within one to two business days.

If you need to change your shipping speed, contact Customer Support as soon as possible, before the order ships.
