How do I export my Toast Loyalty data into the new third-party system?


Answer

You must enable Toast Loyalty to access and export the necessary data reports. If your third-party provider is already enabled, you can contact Toast Integrations for help.

To transition from Toast Loyalty to a Loyalty Integration provider, you must import the existing Toast loyalty data into the new provider's database.

Follow the instructions below to download the Rewards Cards report from Toast Web.

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Marketing > Rewards Accounts.

  2. If there is more than one location in the restaurant group, make sure to select all stores.

    Select All Locations



  3. Select all fields from Show / hide columns and select Update in the top right.

    Enable all filters in Gift Card Balances



  4. Export by selecting the download button next to the Show/hide columns button.

    1. Note: Depending on the size of the file, it may take a few minutes for the download to begin.
