How can I find the original Toast order that a third-party comp card was activated on?

When using comp cards from a third-party provider (like Paytronix), it's helpful to know that transaction reporting is handled in two places.
While you will see when a comp card is used for a payment in your Toast reports, the initial activation or any funds added to the card are managed directly by your card provider. Because of this, you will not see a Toast order associated with those specific actions.
To view reports on when comp cards were sold or had value added, you will need to log in to the reporting portal provided by your card partner (e.g., your Paytronix dashboard).
