Spendgo provides a customizable loyalty solution for Toast customers who want an easy and agile loyalty program with easy guest signup and easy to set up offers. Leveraging Toast’s Loyalty API, Spendgo allows customers to reduce acquisition costs and incentivize guests while seamlessly integrating with Toast.
This integration requires access to Toast Partner Integrations. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Enable the Spendgo Integration With Toast
To add Spendgo, you must contact Spendgo directly to start onboarding. You can email csm@spendgo.com to learn more and move forward with onboarding and setup.
Note: The Toast Partner Integrations tile for Spendgo is not visible for self-service and will be added as part of the back-end Loyalty setup process.
After you speak with the Spendgo team and solidify the parameters, Spendgo’s team will handle the onboarding process and notify you when the back-end setup of the integration is complete. The onboarding and setup process is usually completed within three to six weeks and may vary depending on your requirements.
Spendgo’s team will then email Toast’s Integration Support team with your necessary customer and location information to have the Integration Support team turn on and set up the Loyalty modules in Toast’s back-end.
Once complete, you will complete the process by turning on the Loyalty option following the steps outlined in this Support Center article Use a Gift Card Partner Integration.
Onboard With Spendgo
Once the steps above are complete, navigate to the Integrations section of Toast web using the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Spendgo in the search field and then select Add Now.

Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
