Check for common mistakes such as extra spaces, transposed digits, or missing characters.
Sometimes, there is an issue with the swipe strip on your card. Try keying in the gift card number manually.
If this does not work, confirm the gift card was issued by this restaurant. You can do this by navigating to Toast Web > Gift Card Balances Reportand searching for the number.
