I got the error message Your credit card has expired, please update the expiration date or provide a different card. How do I fix it?

If you receive the error Your credit card has expired, please update the expiration date or provide a different card, your credit card has passed its expiration date and can no longer be used for purchases. Please update your card with a new expiration date from a valid card. You can find the expiration date on the front or back of your card in MM/YY format.

If you are sure the expiration has not passed and it matches the date on your card, check if your bank has issued a replacement card. If your card still appears valid but is rejected, call the number on the back of the card to discuss further with your bank.
