Curbit Integration Overview
Curbit revolutionizes the dining experience with predictive intelligence for multi-location restaurant brands, optimizing order workflows and enhancing the guest journey.
Toast restaurant customers can use Curbit to:
Sync menu items, prices, taxes, and modifiers
Send orders directly to the kitchen display system
Enable restaurant managers to monitor and manage orders from multiple channels, such as online, phone, or third-party delivery platforms, in a single dashboard
Note: You must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Curbit integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Integration Setup & Onboarding: Curbit
To enable Curbit with Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Curbit in the Search field and select Add Now.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article in Support Center for more information.
After adding the integration in Toast Web, Curbit's Customer Service Management will reach out within 24 hours.
Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.
