Samsung Displays
To change the screen orientation on a Samsung display, complete the following steps:
Get the Samsung remote control.
Select Exit to close the Navori application.
Select the Settings button.
Arrow down to Onscreen Display and press Enter.
Arrow down to Onscreen Display Orientation, press Enter, and change to the preferred orientation.
Arrow down to Display Orientation, press Enter, and change to the preferred orientation.
Stix 3700 Media Player (External Dongle)
To change the screen orientation on a Stix 3700 media player, complete the following steps:
Attach a USB-C mouse or a USB-C to USB-A female adapter to the Stix 3700 media player.
Right-click the mouse. When prompted to exit the Navori Engine, select Yes.
When Navori Conductor displays, select the Menu button, and then select Stop Navori Conductor.
Select Settings at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to the General settings page.
Select Device Preferences > Display > Screen Rotation.
Select the degree of rotation you prefer.
Rotation 0 degrees is landscape.
Rotation 90 degrees is portrait.
Right-click the mouse until you see Navori Conductor.
Double-click Navori Conductor to relaunch the application.
IBase Digital Signage Player
To change the screen orientation on an IBase media player, complete the following steps:
Double-click the current media that is playing. This causes the content to go into bordered window mode.
Right-click a blank area on the desktop.
Select Display Settings.
Select the display you would like to change.
Scroll down until you see Display Orientation.
Windows prompts you to keep or revert settings; select Keep.
Change any other needed displays.
Reboot the device.
