With Cartwheel, you can easily optimize delivery routes to save time and money. The branded order tracking page allows you to add your logo and promo banner, enhancing your brand and increasing repeat orders. In addition, the feedback collection tool helps managers prevent negative online reviews and boost positive Google reviews, resulting in increased guest satisfaction and retention.

The Cartwheel integration allows restaurants to send orders they cannot deliver to DD Drive automatically. This feature helps restaurants maximize their delivery capabilities and ensure that no order goes unfulfilled.

Additionally, for locations that have no drivers available, Cartwheel provides an opportunity to start delivering orders and earning more revenue. By leveraging DD Drive's network of drivers, restaurants can expand their delivery capabilities and take advantage of new business opportunities.

Enable the Cartwheel With Toast

  1. To enable the Cartwheel integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter Cartwheel in the search field and then select Add Now.

    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.

  4. After adding the tile in Toast Partner Integrations, Cartwheel’s support/onboarding team will contact you within 24 hours. Toast also recommends reaching out to the partner after adding the tile in Toast Web to confirm the partner receives notice that the integration has been added to your location(s). Onboarding and setup timelines are usually completed within two weeks and may vary depending on your requirements.
