There’s a fundraising campaign showing up on my POS’s transactions. How do I opt out of this?

Toast may occasionally set up automated fundraising campaigns and alert you beforehand via an email to the financial contact on your account. This is covered in your Terms of Service contract with Toast. All fundraising campaigns include a cash incentive credited directly to your account for your participation.

If you’d like to opt out of a particular campaign, or all of these automated campaigns, you can follow the instructions in the aforementioned email, which is to email campaigns@toasttab.com and note your preference.
