Exporting Score Reports

Learn how to export score reports from TOEFL Access in various formats

To export score reports from TOEFL Access, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Applicants tab.

  2. Choose the applicants you want to export.

  3. Select Export Selected Rows button and choose the download format from the dropdown menu. Download formats include:

    1. Excel: Suitable for data analysis or custom reporting needs

    2. Combined PDF: Ideal for consolidated, printable reports

    3. Separate PDFs (ZIP): Allows individual files for each applicant in a compressed .zip format

    4. Scorelink: Provides structured data for automated processing

    5. CSV: A versatile format for importing into various systems or tools

    6. JSON: Offers data in a structured format for developers

When the export is complete, you will receive an email notification. On the Applicants page, the exported file will be available in the My Downloads section. Note that the My Downloads located to the left of the Export Selected Rows button.

Export Specific Data with Filters

You can export specific data by using the filters. For example, if you want to export applicants whose scores were canceled:

1. Apply Filter:

  • Go to the Filters column.

  • Select Cancelled under Score Status.

2. Select Applicants:

  • Select all canceled score files by clicking the checkbox in the top-left corner of the Applicants table header, or select individual applicants by clicking the checkbox next to their name.

3. Export Data:

  • Select Export Selected Rows.

  • Choose the download format from the dropdown menu.
