TOEFL Access enables direct score reporting from ETS to your institution within minutes. Understanding this process helps you assist applicants to efficiently submit their TOEFL scores and reduce administrative burden.

How Score Submissions Work

To submit scores, applicants need to have a valid TOEFL score, and they need to:

  • Log in to their TOEFL Account.

  • Select Send Scores to Institutions.

  • Search for the institution using the institution’s DI Code or name and send scores.

Scores display in TOEFL Access within a few minutes.

Applicants get four free score reports when they register for the TOEFL exam.

Essential Information for Applicants

To send scores accurately and guide your applicants effectively, it is important that they have:

  • Your Institution DI Code – This is a four-letter alphanumeric code unique to your instruction.

  • Your Institution Name

  • Institution Type and Department Code – This is applicable only if your institution has different institution types and department codes setup in the admissions process.
