Set the final Milestone in a plan to see estimated dates appear on task tickets to the right of the Active Line.
How to set Plan Milestone:
Click on the yellow diamond in the top right corner of the plan.
Select the appropriate date from the calendar.
Once a milestone date has been set, dates will appear on the task tickets to the right of the Active Line. These dates are calculated based on the sequencing of the task tickets between the Active Line and the Milestone date. This will give a general idea of when the work should start.
Note: In Pull Plan meetings, set the plan Milestone date after all the task tickets have been added and reviewed so the team can focus their attention on the flow of work they’re planning and not on the dates appearing in their task tickets.
