The Percent Plan Complete Variance by Role report shows the Variance Reasons provided by each role for all missed work.
How to run PPC by Variance Reason:
Click Reports tab in the left side of the Plan View
Select PPC Report from the Report Type dropdown
Select Variance by Role from the PPC format dropdown
Add any additional filters for the time period, roles, plans, or locations
Click Run Report and then Open Report
By default, early finishes (tasks with a blue pin) are counted as missed promises. To count early finishes as promises met, make sure 'Early Finish is promise met' is toggled on under the 'Layout' section in the report settings.
Note: PPC is calculated by the number of promises met over the number of promises made. This report will not show any data past the current date.
