Status Performance

View the project team ticket completion rate for all ticket types in a project

Status Performance measures the number of tickets that have been statused (marked as completed early, on time or late) versus the total number of tickets created in the past 6 weeks. The Status Performance accounts for 40% of the Performance Index.

All 3 ticket types, milestone (diamond ticket), task (square ticket), and constraint ticket (circle) are included in the Status Performance metric.

Tickets in the Status Performance section do not need to be pinned to be included in the calculation. Overdue Promised Tickets have been scheduled in the past and will have a black pin. Overdue Unpromised Tickets have been scheduled in the past and will not have a black pin in them. Unpromised tickets will be included in the Status Performance Metric but not the PPC metrics.

Overdue Tasks are the number of task tickets in the project that have not been updated as completed. Click on the Overdue Tasks number in the tile to see a list of all the tickets that need to be completed. You can also view these tickets using the Overdue Promised Tasks and the Overdue Unpromised Tasks tiles in the dashboard.

Overdue Milestones are the number of milestone tickets in the project that have not been updated as completed. Click on the Overdue Milestones number in the tile to see a list of all the milestone tickets that need to be completed across the account. You can also view these tickets using the Overdue Promised Milestones and the Overdue Unpromised Milestones tiles in the dashboard.

Overdue Constraints are the number of constraint tickets that need to be updated as complete. To view the list of overdue constraints scroll to the bottom of the Status Performance Dashboard.
