The Properties page in Tourmie has been completely redesigned to offer a more intuitive, flexible, and efficient property management experience.

In this article, you’ll find all the latest features and improvements designed to help you showcase your properties more effectively and simplify their management.

Improved Property List View

You can now choose how you view and organize your properties with two display options:

  • Grid view – A visual card layout that allows for quick, at-a-glance identification of each property. Ideal for hosts managing a smaller number of properties.

  • Table view – A compact, detailed list with a search feature, perfect for easily managing and navigating larger portfolios.

Additionally, for each property, you can now instantly see:

  • Number of bookings

  • Guest guide views

  • Guest guide completion percentage

Quick Property Creation

Creating a new property is now faster than ever with a simplified wizard that includes only the essential fields.

To add a new property:

  • Go to the Properties page

  • Click "Add property"

  • Follow the steps to complete setup.

Redesigned Property Page

The property editing interface has been revamped with a cleaner design and smarter layout to help you manage content more easily and efficiently.

🔹 New Layout & Sharing Tools

  • Guest Guide Preview: Instantly preview how the guest guide will appear to your guests — directly from the property page.

  • Copy Guide Link: Easily share your guide by copying the link with one click. Ideal for email, live chat, WhatsApp, and more.

  • Download QR Code: Download a unique QR code for your guide and place it in your property, printed materials, or communications so guests can access it instantly with a scan.

🔹 New Fields

  • Certificates: Upload official documents that highlight the safety, energy performance, or maintenance standards of your property.

  • Awards: Showcase recognitions such as Airbnb Superhost, Booking.com Guest Review Awards, and more to boost your credibility.

These additions help build guest trust and reflect your commitment to quality and safety.

🔹 Powerful New Features

  • Property Manual: Upload your property manual in PDF format and let Tourmie’s system automatically extract key details to populate related guide fields — saving you valuable time.

  • Custom Branding per Property: Add a unique logo and brand colors to each property's guest guide to reflect your identity and elevate the guest experience.

Note: If you want to apply the same branding across all properties, go to Settings > Branding.

  • Locked Fields per Property: Limit access to sensitive information (e.g., check-in instructions, door codes) for each property individually.

Notes:

  1. Locked fields are only available in guest guides that are linked to a reservation.

  2. Once locked, a field becomes visible in the guest guide only at the time you define (before or after arrival).

  3. If you want to lock the same fields across all your properties, go to Settings > Locked Fields.

  • Custom Area Map per Property: You can now manage your area map for each property. Select or exclude specific places based on your property’s location and target audience.

  • New Appliance Instruction Features:

    • Add Videos: Provide clearer guidance by uploading videos for each appliance or device, in addition to images.

    • Copy Appliance Link: Each device now generates a unique link that you can copy and share directly with your guests.

    • Download Appliance QR Code: Each device also generates a unique QR code, which you can print and place on or near the actual device so guests can access the instructions with a single scan.

These updates to the Properties page are designed to make managing your properties easier, more flexible, and fully tailored to your needs.
