Using Tourmie’s Guest Guide in Loggia’s Automated Messages

Written by Maria

Once you’ve connected your Tourmie account with Loggia, you can automatically send your guests:

This is done via Loggia's Actions section.

Sending an automated message to your guests via Actions in Loggia

In Loggia, there are Actions to help you send automated messages to your guests through ready-made templates and variables.

  1. Connect to your account in Loggia.

  2. From the Home screen, go to Actions.

  3. Choose the action you would like to set up, either creating a new message or editing an existing one.

  4. Choose the variable "Guest Area Link" to share your Guest Guide.

  5. Finally, click Save.

This way, you can add and use Tourmie's links in Loggia's Actions to share them with your guests.

📌 Loggia will automatically replace the variables with the correct Tourmie links when the message is sent.

Additionally, the Tourmie team has developed two links for sending the personalized online check-in form as well as the personalized digital guest guide.

How to do this:

Step 1: Copy the appropriate links

If you are using Tourmie's default domain (guests.tourmie.com):

If you have connected your own custom domain or subdomain to Tourmie (e.g., guests.yourdomain.com):

Where "yourdomain" is the domain of your accommodation. For example: https://guests.seaviewvilla.com/lgbgg/{tourmie_account_id}/{loggia_booking_id}

⚠️ Important: To use a custom domain or subdomain, you must first connect it to Tourmie.

The parameter {tourmie_account_id} refers to your Tourmie Account ID, while {loggia_booking_id} refers to the booking ID as it appears in Loggia PMS.

  • Log in to your Loggia account.

  • From the dashboard, navigate to the Actions section.

  • Select the action you wish to configure, either by creating a new message or editing an existing one.

  • Copy one of the links above, ensuring the {loggia_booking_id} variable is included at the end.

  • Finally, save your changes.
