Why were my links removed in Booking.com;

Booking.com automatically removes any link from messages (including those sent via Tourmie) if it is not explicitly whitelisted by you in the extranet. Guests will see the note [The link was removed].

✅ How do I allow Tourmie links?

You must add your necessary links to Booking.com's "Your approved links" list.

Step

Action in the Booking.com Extranet

1.

Log in to the Extranet > Property > Messaging Preferences.

2.

Click Security settings and complete the two-factor authentication.

3.

Click Add link.

4.

Add the entire domain (e.g., checkin.tourmie.com or guide.tourmie.com) or the specific URL used by your automated messages.

5.

Click Add domain to save.

6.

For Group Accounts: Once added to one property, click Apply to all properties.

⛔ What should I watch out for?

  • Do Not enable the "Block all links" option on the Message Security tab, as this will remove all links, even your approved ones.

💡 I want to disable the security setting.

  1. Go to the Message Security tab.

  2. Delete all the links you have added.

  3. Ensure the "Block all links" option is disabled.
