What's New in Tourmie Guest Services – 2026 Update

Since the beginning of 2026, Tourmie Guest Services has received a series of updates designed to make service management easier, improve the guest booking experience, and give hosts more flexibility and control.

This article provides an overview of the most important additions and improvements.


What's New

1. New Services Page

Who it affects: All hosts and service providers.

We've introduced a new Services page that brings all your services into one place. Whether they're your own in-house services, affiliate offerings, partner services, or services from Tourmie’s provider network, everything can now be managed from a single hub across all your properties.

a) Two views

Switch between two layouts depending on how you prefer to work:

  • List view: a table format for fast scanning and quick management.

  • Grid view: a visual card layout showing each service with its cover image, category, status, and pricing at a glance.

Both views give you access to the same actions.

How to switch views:

Click the view toggle icons next to the "Services" title at the top of the page.

b) Separate tabs

Services are organized into two separate tabs:

  • In-house services: your own services or affiliate links. Full control over availability, pricing, visibility, and bulk actions.

  • Outsourced services: services offered by third-party providers, either from Tourmie’s network or providers you've invited to the platform. You can browse what's available and assign services to your properties. Availability and pricing are managed by the provider.

c) Filters

Use filters to quickly locate services and keep your catalog organized.

Filter services by:

  • Service type

  • Service category

  • Service location

  • Service status

  • Commission range (outsourced services only)

How to use filters:

Click the Filters button at the top of the Services table and select your criteria.

d) Bulk actions

Apply actions to multiple services simultaneously to save time and reduce repetitive work.

Available bulk actions:

  • Enable or disable services

  • Assign services to properties

  • Copy availability schedules (in-house services only)

  • Update availability settings (in-house services only)

How to use bulk actions:

  1. Select one or more services using the checkboxes in the table.

  2. For Enable, Disable, and Select Properties: actions appear inline above the table as soon as services are selected.

  3. For Copy availability and Update availability: click the Bulk actions dropdown at the top of the table.


2. Redesigned Booking Experience

• Who it affects: All guests booking services. Benefits hosts and service providers.

• No action is required. These improvements apply automatically.

The service booking experience has been redesigned from front to back.

For guests:

  • Cleaner booking flow with improved layouts and clearer information.

  • Easier navigation from service discovery to booking confirmation.

Behind the scenes:

  • Faster search results.

  • More accurate availability and pricing filters.

  • Better handling of complex service configurations and large catalogs.


3. Redesigned Service Creation Experience

• Who it affects: Hosts and service providers who create or manage services.

• Action required: Review your services, availability, and pricing settings to ensure everything has been migrated correctly to the new structure.

The service creation and editing experience has been fully redesigned.

What changed:

  • New layout aligned with Tourmie's property management interface, more familiar and consistent.

  • Cleaner, step-by-step flow with improved usability throughout.

  • A completely new availability and pricing model.

New availability & pricing model

The new model follows a clear hierarchy:

Availability Groups → Slots → Working Hours → Price Groups → Prices

This gives you more precise control over when a service is available and how it's priced across different periods, time slots, and configurations.

Important: If you had services configured before this update, your existing availability and pricing have been migrated to the new structure automatically. We recommend reviewing your services to confirm that everything has been migrated correctly.


4. Redesigned Bookings Page

Who it affects: All hosts and service providers.

The Bookings page has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and better organization across all booking types.

a) Booking type tabs

Bookings are separated into dedicated tabs, including Accommodations, Car Rentals, Transfers, Experiences, and Food, each with its own columns and filters tailored to that booking type.

b) Status tabs

Within each booking type, filter by: All bookings, Confirmed, Pending, Canceled, Rejected.

c) Filters

Each tab has its own filters, tailored to the relevant booking type and the information that matters most for it.

d) Export

Available for accommodations bookings.

Redesigned Booking Details Page

The booking details page has been completely redesigned, providing a cleaner and more organized management experience for all service booking types.

The new layout brings all essential booking information together in one place, allowing faster access to customer details, booking information, and service-specific data.

Depending on the service type, you can now easily view:

  • The booking summary and its current status.

  • Customer information and available contact details.

  • Service-specific information, such as pick-up and drop-off locations.

  • Payment information and booking-related details.

  • All available actions and key information through a unified and refreshed interface.


5. New Service Categories

Who it affects: Hosts offering external affiliate link services.

Nine new categories have been added, available as external affiliate link services:

How to add a service in a new category:

  1. Select "Create an external URL link".

  2. Choose the relevant category from the updated list.

  3. Create the service.


6. AI-Powered Service Recommendations

Who it affects: All hosts. Visible to guests using the AI Guest Assistant.

The AI Guest Assistant of Tourmie can now automatically recommend your services to guests through natural conversation, at the exact moment they become relevant.

When a guest asks a question or expresses a need, the AI Guest Assistant searches your available services and suggests the most relevant options in real time.

Examples:

  • "How can I book an airport transfer?" → the AI Guest Assistant suggests your transfer services.

  • "Are there any tours available today?" → the AI Guest Assistant recommends relevant experiences.

  • "Where can I rent a car?" → the AI Guest Assistant surfaces your car rental options.

Instead of relying on guests to browse your service catalog on their own, services are proactively recommended within the conversation.

How to get started:


7. Automatic Currency Conversion for Guests

• Who it affects: All guests and hosts.

• No setup required. Currency conversion happens automatically.

Prices are now automatically displayed in each guest's preferred currency across all services.

Where prices are converted:

  • Service cards

  • Booking forms

  • Guest request pages

Currency conversion is handled in real time using live exchange rates. Guests can select their preferred currency from the dropdown in the navigation bar.

Note: All transactions are processed in EUR, regardless of the display currency shown to the guest.


8. New, Flexible Payment Options

Who it affects: Hosts and service providers managing payments.

Tourmie Services now supports multiple payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Online Card Payment

  • Bank Transfer

You can also connect multiple bank accounts to the same payment method, useful if you manage services across different properties or business entities.

How to configure payment methods:

  1. Enable and configure the payment methods you want to use (Stripe, Bank Transfer, or Cash).

For Bank Transfer, you can add one or multiple bank accounts depending on your business needs.


9. QR Code for Every Service

Who it affects: Hosts and service providers who create or manage services.

Every service now automatically has its own dedicated QR code that links directly to the service booking page.

You can use them in print or digital materials wherever guests interact with your property: welcome books, reception areas, guest rooms, common areas, fridge magnets, and more.

How to download a service QR code:

  1. Go to Services and open any service.

  2. Click the Update dropdown in the top-right corner.

  3. Select QR Code from the available options.

  4. Download the QR Code.


What's Improved

1. Faster & Smarter Search Experience

• Who it affects: All guests searching for services. Indirectly benefits hosts and providers.

• No action is required. These improvements apply automatically.

The services search mechanism has been significantly improved.

What changed:

  • Faster results across all service types.

  • More accurate availability and pricing filters.

  • Improved location-based discovery, allowing services to be surfaced based on geographic proximity when relevant.


2. Faster Page Loads

• Who it affects: All users. Most noticeable when managing or browsing large service catalogs.

• No action is required. These improvements apply automatically.

Services now load progressively in the background, rather than loading all at once. This reduces initial load times and makes pages feel more responsive across the entire services experience.


3. Improved User Experience

• Who it affects: All hosts, service providers, and guests.

• No action is required. These improvements apply automatically.

Beyond performance improvements, a wide range of usability enhancements have been made across the services experience, from creating and managing services to searching, browsing, and booking.

Interfaces have been refined to reduce friction, improve clarity, and make everyday tasks faster and easier to complete.
