Clubessential CRM allows managers to store and view information about golfers or other entities. Clubs can store information coming from multiple channels and then use this data to run reports. One such channel is our system. This information is usually compiled from events (outings) with prospective members.
Clubessential customers who use CRM need to first contact our support team to enable and test the integration. Our support team will work with the CE team to ensure everything works properly.
Transferring the Data:
When you are ready to transfer player data from an event in our system to CE CRM, go to Golfers > Transfer Roster Information to Clubessential. All of the data will then be imported. The timestamp of the last transfer will also be noted under the Golfers Menu.
You can also view a summary log of the CRM transfers for all of your events by going to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Integrations > CRM Log (as shown below).
To change the type of information being imported into your CRM, contact your Clubessential Account Manager.
