Q: We are using Round Signup for an event and allow our members to bring a guest, not on the roster. However, when a member adds the guest using round signup, we do not see the guest in the Event Division/Flight/Teams. Thus, we cannot create divisions, flights, or teams with those guests.
How can I manage a guest added using round signup in the Event Division/Flight/Teams?

Typically, guests added during round signup will be available in the Round Division/Flight/Team. However, if you have created an event/league with only one round, the Round Division/Flight/Teams is not available to manage those guests. Rest assured, there are a few options that will allow you to manage those guests to create divisions, flights, or teams with the guest added during round signup:

Convert Guest to Members
You can convert a guest to a member, thus allowing you to manage the guest at the Event/League Division/Flight/Team level.
To convert a guest to a member, follow these instructions:
Go to Golfers > League/Event Roster.
Search for the guest's name.
Use the action drop-down and select "Add to League/Event."
Once you have added the guest to the league, you can go to Event/League > Event/League Division/Flight/Team and manage your guest added during round signup into divisions, flights, or teams.

Add a Second Round
You can add a second round to the event, thus allowing you to manage the guests at the Round Division/Flight/Team level.

To add another round to the event, follow these instructions:
Go to Calendar > Add Rounds.
Select a date for the round.
Click "Save."
Once you have added the second round, you will be able to go to Round > Round Division/Flight/Team for the round with guests, and now you will be able to manage your division, flights, or teams with guests added during round signup.
