Round Signup Payment Refunds

When using Round Signup and collecting payments using Stripe, there are sometimes cases where players need to be refunded. In this article, we will discuss how to issue refunds to players who request them.

Issuing Individual Round Signup Refunds

To issue an individual round signup payment refund, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Event/League > Payment Center.

  2. Click on the name of the round you wish to issue a refund in (as shown below). All of the payments for the event will be listed.

  3. Find the payment that you'd like to refund, and select "Refund" under the "Actions" dropdown (as shown below).

  4. Review and select the refund options (as shown below).

    You can refund the full amount, fixed amount, or percentage of the amount. You can also enter a reason for the refund.

  5. Click "Approve Refund".

The refund will then be processed. An automated email will be sent to the player, confirming the cancellation and amount refunded.

The updated totals will also be reflected in the Payment Center (as shown below).
